ABOUT ISSE:
UNIVERSAL SCIENCE AND ARTS ASSOCIATION(USAA) was founded by Marvin Chikadibia Ugorji a graduate of Federal University of Technology,Owerri from the department of Environmental Engineering on July,2000 at Adventist secondary Technical College,Oweerinta,Abia,Nigeria.His passion about the society is to raise Enginneers,Scientist,Artisans or Artist(Art students),Technologist and Technicians that will cause a positive change in their society and beyond through intensive learning and research.
